It's shaping up to be a fantastic weekend on the Mornington Peninsula, make sure you check out the amazing Arts at Twilight at The Briars, it's the Peninsula's biggest performing arts festival with all profits going to the bushfire disaster appeal! Arts at Twilight is a two-day festival featuring local dancers, musicians and performing arts organisations, coming together to celebrate their artforms on a stunning outdoor stage.

Friday 7th February

6.30pm Gates open

From 7pm Pre-show entertainment + food trucks

8.30pm - 10pm Romeo and Juliet - Projection Dance Company

 

Saturday 8th February

10.30am - 12.30pm Musical Theatre Open Class with Mike Snell and Andrea Arena

6.30pm Gates open

From 7pm Pre-show entertainment + food trucks

8.30pm - 10.30pm Variety Performance featuring local and Melbourne-based artists and arts organisations

Lunar Lantern Week at the springs | 3 February to 9 February 2020 @  Peninsula Hot Springs 140 Springs Lane, Fingal

 

The beginning of the lunar calendar is a time for new beginnings and fresh starts for everyone.

As we welcome the Year of the Rat, Peninsula Hot Springs put together a list of experiences to help you connect with yourself, friends and family this Lunar Lantern Week, including a twilight lantern display each evening and globally inspired dishes available in the on-site cafes.

Birds in the Australian Garden | Sunday 9th February from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM @ Royal Botanical Gardens, Cranbourne Cnr Ballarto Road and Botanic Drive, Cranbourne

 

Come along to a free walk and discover the wonderful world of the birds often spotted in the Australian Garden. Uncover how they have shaped the country's forests and wildflowers and see and hear them flying, feeding and nesting as you explore the landscape.
