We're excited about this weekend, lots of great properties open for inspection on Saturday, the always amazing Frankston Christmas Festival of Lights and our hugely popular Family Fun Day on Sunday! We'd love to see you on Sunday at Mornington Park, Schnapper Point Drive, Mornington. 

This is the fifth year in a row that Eview Group Mornington Peninsula have put on this FREE event for the community and we're proud to be a part of it. Make sure you drop by the Joel Hood Property marquee on the day to enter the draw to win a $250 ToyWorld voucher plus a HUGE amount of orange lollies! We also have an Endota gift voucher to giveaway for an incredible Organic Relax massage.  

The day is always a lot of fun with lots of FREE fun activities for kids of all ages including:
- Face Painting
- Animal Petting Farm
- Jumping Castles
- Mini Golf
- Giant Slide
- Plaster Station
- Painting Station
- Chair-O-Plane
- Obstacle Courts and MORE!!!

There will be plenty of LIVE entertainment all day on stage including appearances by Bethany Fisher as well as Peninsula School of Dance and Hip Hop Crew.

Santa will also be making a special guest appearance and he will be available to have your photo taken with FREE!

Picnic areas available to sit and relax as well as food trucks available to purchase food if you forget to bring your own.

Frankston's Christmas Festival of Lights is a magical evening that holds a special place in all our hearts, now celebrating its 22nd year.

You will hear the jingle of bells, chords from the choir and see the sparkle from fireworks. This celebration is the largest free Christmas event in the state, and it is no secret why it's such a hit with young and old.

Pt. Leo Estate welcomes you to our annual Sculpture Park Open Weekend celebration. Now in its second year, and with new pieces to showcase including Julian OPIE 'Galloping Horse' Lynn CHADWICK 'Jubilee IV' and Phil PRICE 'Ipomoea', this event is expected to be a special one for the Pt. Leo Estate community.
