Off Market Sales
We're often asked what exactly an off market sale is, when you look at our recent sales it's easy to see why. We've had more sales off market then on recently!
Off market is essentially a sale that is completed without the use of any traditional marketing, such as the online portals (realestate.com.au, domain etc.) or newspapers. We have an exceptional team at Joel Hood Property and access to a great network as part of the eview group, so we're constantly in contact with active purchasers across the Mornington Peninsula. A recent stat came past our desk indicating that our Mornington office is responsible for a quarter of all property sales in the area over the past 12 months (according to REA statistics)!
So as a team that is selling such a significant portion of property in the local area, it makes sense that we are in contact with the majority of the active buyers across the Peninsula. Which means we have the opportunity to present our vendor's properties to a large database of actively looking buyers.
