Here's a look at some of the great events on in the local area this weekend, with School Holidays on again there's lot of great activities happening for the whole family! 

Runaway Belles live at Peninsula Hot Springs | Friday 5 April 6-8PM 

 

Australian singer-songwriters Tash Parker and Emma Anglesey have teamed up to form new folk pop band Runaway Belles. Both established artists and storytellers in their own right, they combine to present beautiful harmonies, rhythmic guitars, ukulele and wonderful percussion. Held in the Peninsula Hot Springs Amphitheatre, guests can enjoy the performance from the luxury and comfort of a geothermal pool. 

April Red Hill Community Market | Saturday 6 April 8AM-1PM 

 

This monthly market of over 300 stalls is all about celebrating hand made products. Expect to meet emerging artists, taste test local produce and see one of a kind products. 

Browse the market from 8am. Entry is free. On site parking available, at $5 per car, with proceeds going to the Red Hill Lions Club. 

Forage & Feast at Pt Leo Estate | Saturday 6 April 5:30-9PM 

 

Over the course of the year, Pt Leo Estate welcomes Wine Club members, locals and holidaymakers to the Western-port side of the Mornington Peninsula, for the 4 Seasons Feast Series. This series celebrates the pleasures of changing seasons in the 50-acre vineyard, and the produce that sourced for their feasts from in and around the Mornington Peninsula. 

Join for a feast-style dinner to celebrate the harvest season at Pt. Leo Estate. Their seasonal three-course menu will showcase the best of the Peninsula's produce, with a wine flight of Pt. Leo Estate wines to match the special forage-style menu.

Sunday Sessions - The Briars | Sunday 7 April 11AM-5PM 

 

The Sunday Sessions at the Briars - Series Two - promises to be bigger and better than ever! 

Featuring local performing artists; children's activities & crafts, games and sports; local food trucks and a bar. Bring a picnic, some chairs or a comfy rug and sit back and soak up the family-fun day out. ENTRY IS FREE and everyone is welcome!
