B# Big Band: A Sentimental Journey | Friday 9th of November 10.30am & 1.30pm @ Frankston Arts Centre 27-37 Davey Street, Frankston 

 

The B Sharp Big Band presents an unforgettable show of swinging classics led by the sassy & sultry vocals of acclaimed Melbourne jazz songstress, Tamara Kuldin.

This sentimental musical spectacular of song features melodies from the 30's and 40's made famous by the likes of Benny Goodman, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Doris day.

Immerse yourself in the golden era of jazz as Tamara Kuldin & Melbourne's own B Sharp Big Band present this toe-tapping affair of song!

A night of Boogie and Blues with Jan Preston and Nick Charles | Friday 9th of November 6.30pm to 11.00pm @ Hickinbotham of Dromana 194 Nepean Hwy, Dromana

 

Lloyd Spiegel is the master of blues guitar. His presence on stage is immense, as is his prodigious talent, both for playing, singing and for his amusing story telling ability. Only one show a year and what a show!

Mornington Racecourse Market | Sunday 11th of November from 9AM-2PM

 

What a great way to spend a Sunday. Come and enjoy the wonderful ambiance of this popular Market at the Mornington Racecourse. 


Enjoy breakfast or lunch on the lawn after browsing the market stalls and purchasing those unique quality hand made items that this market is famous for. 
Great live music on the lawn and talented buskers dotted among the stalls for all to enjoy. Parking $4.

Hazelnut Cane Teepee Weaving Workshop | Sunday 11th of November @ Red Hill Truffle Farm 53 Shoreham Rd, Red Hill


Led by Dawn Allen, head floristry extraordinaire at Peninsula Wild Flower, you will create a rustic and unique teepee from on-site grown Hazelnut cane on Red Hill Truffle Farm. Set amongst the Hazelnut trees, this intimate and hands on workshop is the perfect introduction to the age-old skill of basket weaving. 
Afternoon tea is included.

Time: 2pm-5pm
$150 | Duration: 3 Hours (approx.)
