Drive a Locomotive - Trundle @ Mornington Railway 460 Moorooduc Highway, Moorooduc | Saturday 1st September 10AM-5PM

Your chance to drive one of the historic locomotives for an exhilarating Trundle up the line!

You can choose either;
1. The 1941 vintage K163 steam loco which weighs in at over 100 tons,
2. The 1968 heritage 950 horse power diesel electric loco T411,
3. For the first time, recently restored diesel hydraulic loco W241.

Choose your locomotive and select a session time for the experience of a life time! The experience will include approximately 2km of driving from Moorooduc and return including a photo opportunity in the drivers seat with the crew at the conclusion. Contact Mornington Railway for more details.

Red Hill Community Market - Season Opening @ Red Hill Recreation Reserve Arthurs Seat Rd, Red Hill | Saturday 1st September 2018 8AM-1PM

The beginning of Spring marks the beginning of the 44th season of Red Hill Community Market. After a winter hibernation, the buzz of energy is contagious as the pilgrimage of cars from the Peninsula and further afield make their way along the undulating hills towards the Red Hill Recreation Reserve.
