Georgie Bass Cookery Class - Cooking with Shellfish | Saturday 4th August 10am to 12.30pm @ 30 Cook Street, Flinders
In this class the team will have you working with and preparing various types of shellfish - from correctly opening and cleaning, through to flavour pairing and correct cooking techniques to give you confidence in using these delicious gifts from the ocean in your home kitchen.

Take a leisurely stroll through the village, stopping along the way to sample fine foods, meet the makers behind the handcrafted products and take in the market atmosphere. Set in the heart of Sorrento, on Ocean Beach Road this European boutique market experience will see the main street sprinkled with handpicked original artisans, gourmet producers and wine makers.

Manyung Gallery Mt Eliza is excited to present Julie Hutchings first exhibition upon her return from France, after being awarded the 2017 Yulgibar Fellowship. These new works showcase her love of mark making, experimentation with layers and her masterful skill of coating her works with pure emotion and expression that speak directly to the viewer.
A Truffled Lunch with 100 Mile Foodie
Saturday 4th August 12:30 to 3:30pm
@The Old Church Red Hill 207 Arthurs Seat Road, Red Hill
100 Mile Foodie will showcase local Red Hill Mornington Peninsula truffles in every course and then some more using truffle oil and the amazing white & black truffle salt, even the ice-cream will have truffle in it! This paired with beautiful local wines will be a long lunch to remember. Only 25 tickets available so be quick to take your place at the table.
