Despite the balmy weather forecast, there's still plenty to do on the Mornington Peninsula! If you're out and about this weekend, here are our top picks of what's on in the local area.... 

Dromana 3 Drive In - Shel's Diner isn't just a classic, it's Jurassic! 28th June until 15th July 

 

"Watch out for the Dinosaurs in Shel's Diner!" Take a walk through Jurassic World; Fallen Kingdom, meet our friendly T-Rex..." we did this with the family recently and the kids absolutely loved it! 

New-release family movies screening nightly, the Dromana Drive In is a fantastic experience all year round.

Yannick Bauer: North to South Passage @ Frankston Arts Centre Atrium Gallery | 25 June 2018 to 4 August 2018

 

A collection of photographs taken by Yannick Bauer represents his connection to his two different cultures that he was brought up in, these photographs will be a mixture of Australia's beautiful beaches and Europe's amazing mountainscapes and architectural building.

Mangjaka Arts: Work on Paper @ Frankston Arts Centre Mezzanine | 25 June 2018 to 4 August 2018 

 

Mangkaja artists from the Fitzroy Valley region share stories of culture and identity through vibrant images and representations of country painted with a lively distinct use of colour and uninhibited style.

A Taste of Truffle @ Max's Restaurant, 53 Shoreham Road, Red Hill South | Saturday 30 June 2018 7pm to 10.30pm

 

Celebrate the Mornington Peninsula's own Black Gold at Max's dedicated truffle dinner.

Savour a five course truffle inspired set menu with matched wines and marvel at super-sniffer truffle dog Thomas nose as they hold a mock truffle hunt. Guess the weight of the freshly dug truffle to win a fabulous prize and find out more about this elusive fungi.
