April 6, 2018

With the Easter school holidays in full swing, there is a lot happening on the Mornington Peninsula.

Here's a look at our top picks of what's happening in the local area....

Live Music at Jetty Road Brewery | Every Sunday Over Autumn

A wonderful array of local and national musicians join us at the Jetty Road Brewery Dromana every Sunday.

A culmination of local crafted beer including our Pale Ale, IPA and Amber Ale, amazing food all cooked and prepared onsite, local wines and hand made spirits.  This transformed industrial space is a great place to meet, eat and enjoy entertainment and food, that includes a great space for the kids to enjoy.

Autumn Celebration at Red Hill Community Market | Saturday 7 April from 8AM

As warm autumnal days transition to cool evenings, crisp Red Hill apples and new season pears make their debut at the Red Hill Community Market.

Locals pull on their boots and hit the market early for a hot coffee and to peruse the hundreds of handmade products on display. Discover gourmet produce, plants, home decor, children's clothing and accessories, lifestyle products, sculpture, photography, art, beauty and fashion.

Twilight Flights at The Eagle

Fridays and Saturdays in April

As the sun sets over Port Phillip Bay and the lights of the city flicker on you will soar to the highest point of the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

Gliding smoothly throughout the journey, you will be able to appreciate Arthur's Seat's natural heritage and some of the best views in Victoria. Twilight is also an ideal time to view the wildlife of the area as the kangaroos and echidnas love to come out to play in the early evening.

This is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day and a serene experience to enjoy before a dinner date.

School Holiday Fun at Mornington Racecourse Market | 8 April from 9AM

A family friendly, outdoor market with over 300 stalls selling handmade goods as well as plenty of delicious market style food, live music and kids activities.

Bring the family along for a cheap and cheerful morning out, with free entry to the market. All bases are covered here with items for sale ranging from plants and fresh produce to artwork, jewellery, stationary, woodwork, toys, clothing and more.
