Joel Hood Property Achieve Most Viewed Listing In Victoria & 2nd In Australia!!!

August 21, 2017

The most viewed listing in the whole entire state of Victoria?! And one of the most viewed listings in the country! Joel Hood Property are incredibly proud to be recognized as achieving the most viewed listing for our marketing campaign for this incredible Mount Martha property that topped the list of most popular houses for sale so far this year.

The modern 5-bedroom home at 56 Finlayson Avenue Mount Martha, generated over 40,000 views on realestate.com.au throughout the campaign. That was enough to earn the property top spot on the most viewed list for Victoria to the end of July 2017, with a beautiful East Melbourne mansion coming in at second place with just on 31,000 views. Our director Joel Hood said “we knew when we listed this property that it would be popular, but we didn’t think it would be the most popular in the state and one of the most viewed in the whole country!” When asked about why he thought this particular home was so interesting to people, Joel thought that “the design and style of the home was so impressive, people were automatically drawn to it from the first photo. Then when you add in the bay views and exceptional quality of the build throughout, it really is a special property”.

It is another accolade for the Joel Hood Property team. We can now add most viewed marketing campaign to our 2017 RateMyAgent Agent of the Year award for Mornington while being the Most Recommend team in the area.

We know that if we're able to get your property in front the highest amount of people as possible, then we're likely to acheive the best possible result for your home!
